A cozy drink at the bar, delicious food in our restaurant and then sleep in our hotels or in our hostel. Abcoude is the ideal base for Amsterdam, allowing you to enjoy both the tranquility of the countryside and the liveliness of the city. The bus 120 to Amsterdam Southeast (subway) stops almost in front of our door and the train station of Abcoude is only 10 minutes walk.

Restaurant
Our specialty is hot stone food. Beautiful pieces of meat in different sizes (black angus, T-bone, Ribeye XXL) are served raw on this preheated stone to 350 degrees. You determine the preparation of your gright (medium, rare or well done). But of course you can also have our chef bake the meat. In addition to these delicious steaks, we have an extensive menu. Hotel Koekenbier
Hotel Koekenbier has 12 modern hotel rooms. 4 on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor and 4 on the 2nd floor. The rooms on the ground floor can be connected with a connecting door if desired. If you stay at Hotel Koekenbier you can park for free behind the building (entrance via the terrace, reservation is unfortunately not possible).

King's Hostel
Kingshostel will open its doors in the fall of 2023, so we don't have any photos of it yet. It will be 8 beautiful new hostel rooms with a total of approximately 35 beds, 5 toilets, 5 spacious showers, 5 washing facilities and a spacious common room with sitting area, TV, airfryer/microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Beds can be rented separately or per room.

Hotel Abcoude
Hotel Abcoude has been closed since March 2022 because we receive refugees from the Ukraine in the 23 hotel rooms there. It is not yet known when we will open the doors there again.

History
In 2015 we started our Cafe Restaurant at Hoogstraat 13. A cozy eatery with an extensive menu and a cozy bar. In mid-2017 we built 12 brand new hotel rooms in the new building. We build the hotel rooms at the rear of the building so that all hotel rooms are not affected by the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant. In 2021 we took over hotel Abcoude (kerkplein 9) 100 meters away, containing 23 hotel rooms. And in 2023, just after the summer, we will open our hostel with the name Kings Hostel. The hostel is located at Hoogstraat 13 above the restaurant, which makes it a bit noisier than our hotel rooms.
